Zainy Launch Process
Discovery Call +
Program Fit
We start by learning what your school needs. From there, we help determine which program fits your enrichment goals, available staff, schedule, and timeline.
Implementation Planning
We map out the details before launch. Together, we plan the facilitator training needs, classroom setup, kit pick up, student enrollment, and parent communication support.
Facilitator
Training
Your team is prepared before students begin. Facilitators receive training so they understand the program structure, class rhythm, lesson resources, student activities, and how to use the materials.
Program Kits
& Materials
Materials are prepared for you before class begins. Elementary Piano kits are dropped off at district offices for schools to pick up. This gives facilitators time to review the materials, meet with one of our coaches virtually, and feel ready before the first student session.
Online Lesson
Support
Each class includes simple teaching resources. Both classes include short online teaching videos and easy -to-follow 1-page lesson plans that are TEKs aligned. That way, facilitators are ready to guide the class each week following our structured, repeatable lesson time.
Weekly Zainy Beats
Live Support
Zainy beats includes live online help during class along with student feedback within the Soundtrap Student Portal from our certified Soundtrap Coaches. Coaches help troubleshoot, answer questions, support the facilitator, and guide students through music production activities.

Initial Onsite Meetup
Zainy meets with the tech team and facilitator for consultation, setup, and training. We work with District offices as Approved Vendors along with their Tech Support team for smooth implementation and DAWS setup.
Additional Support Hours
Facilitators receive extra support time beyond the initial training. Check-ins and Online Coaching during class time is ongoing. Onsite training, Google Meets, and weekly class coaching all provided.
Free Online Cohort Class
Facilitators can access an online training class anytime for review and continued learning. Summer PD Class opportunities are also available through our partnership with Shed the Music, our Curriculum providers.
Student/Parent Engagement
Zainy Coaches are assigned a school to partner with for the year. The coach will be onsight with production equipment to host a Music Spotlight event for students to showcase their beats for friends and family.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does our facilitator need to be a music teacher?
No. Zainy programs are designed to support facilitators with clear lesson plans, short teaching videos, and training. Music experience is helpful, but the program is built to be school-friendly and easy to follow.
How does Plug & Play Piano kit pickup work?
Plug & Play Piano kits are dropped off at the district office. Schools pick up their kits 2 weeks before class begins so facilitators have time to review materials and prepare.
What is SoundTrap and how do student accounts work?
Zainy Beats uses Soundtrap for Education, an online DAW, or Digital Audio Workstation, where students create beats, record audio, and build music projects.
Students will need school-approved Soundtrap access. This may be through student accounts, classroom accounts, or a district-approved login system.
Zainy will work with the school before launch to confirm the best setup. Soundtrap pricing depends on the school, district, number of users, and license type, so schools should confirm current pricing directly with Soundtrap or their district purchasing process.
